At Suppress Intimates, we strive to ensure that your order is delivered promptly and securely. Below are the details of our shipping process:

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with their orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Suppress Intimates LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package has left our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at Suppressintimates@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the re-shipment costs. Please double-check your address before finalizing your order.
